Olivia Keel is the Creative Director and Founder of OFF + ON, a women’s clothing brand rooted in the intention of bringing a bold, unapologetic presence to the modern office through elevated womenswear staples. Known for her distinctive eye for style and fearless approach to fashion, Olivia built OFF + ON to empower women to command every room with confidence—beginning with the timeless power of a sharp blazer.

Growing up, Olivia’s journey to finding her voice and purpose was shaped by a deep love for fashion. While she once struggled with feelings of invisibility, she discovered early on that her outfits spoke volumes where words sometimes failed. Realizing her innate gift for style during her high school years, Olivia chose to fully pursue her passion, earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from The Art Institute of New York City. She often describes fashion as the vehicle that restored her confidence and became the foundation of her dreams.

A true visionary, Olivia refers to herself as "The Oprah of Fashion," a nod to her belief in the power of dreaming boldly and impacting others meaningfully. Before launching OFF + ON, she cultivated a diverse background across retail, styling, and fashion media, even founding a youth mentorship program called "Style and Grace" to inspire young girls to step fully into their destiny with confidence and creativity.  She is presently a Fashion Marketing & Management educator at the High School of Fashion Industries in Manhattan where she is cultivating the next generation of Fashion leaders!
